What I appreciate most about working at Cascade is the people. There’s stone teamwork, and management values craftsmanship and safety. You feel like part of a team rather than just another worker on a job site. They genuinely care about employee well-being.

High School graduate – Transitioned from the legal field after nearly two decades and began my career in Construction Management/Operations in 2016 in residential construction. Worked my way up to Commercial Construction Management in early 2020 before starting with Cascade in September 2025.
The sense of pride I hold for my team. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to learn a new trade among some of the very best in the industry. Our leadership, staff, and field crews continuously demonstrate what it means to work together toward a common goal and overall company success. There is a reason Cascade is among the highest ranked Masonry Contractors in the PNW, and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside this team.

In my free time I enjoy fishing with friends and boating on the lake in the summer with my family. I love to go to Hockey games and can catch me at most Thunderbird games supporting young and upcoming NHL players. I also recently became a foster parent and look forward to that exciting journey.

Hands down, the work environment. You can ask questions or ask for help and someone is right there to answer the question or teach me. With me coming into cascade as entry level, I have learned more about what my position entails because the office wants to see me succeed. I am very excited to be here and to grow with Cascade.
I am a mother to 4 kids who keep me pretty busy. Between sports and extra curriculars, you can find me on the side lines of a court or in a theater chair watching my children perform. When I am not on mom mode, I love taking care of my plants and spending time with my fiancé.

Ron grew up going to work with his dad (Ron A. Adams) since he was a little kid, he started working summers when he was 12 around the shop to earn money. During his senior year of high school Ron started working in the car stereo industry and spend 4 years in various positions before returning to work with his dad full time in 1999. At that time Cascade did a variety of things and Ron was working in the field running jobs. When the decision was made to grow the company and focus on Masonry Ron started to learn estimating and the rest of the office work to run a successful company. Ron has attended numerous training and education sessions over his 20+ years in the industry including the WSCMC Certified masonry Contractor Program where Cascade Construction became a Certified Masonry Contractor. Ron has spend a lot of time on industry related board, he is currently on the Board of the Masonry Institute of Washington and the Regional Vice President for the Masonry Contactors Association of America, he has also served on the JATC and Health and Welfare trust for the Bricklayers Local 1 WA.
I love the fact that I get to work with my family, my brother (our VP and estimator) and I have worked hard to grow the business way beyond what my dad ever thought we could do, having him see our growth and be a part of it is priceless. I work hard every day to make him proud of our accomplishments.
In his spare time Ron likes to golf and enjoy good food and wine.
